flaws that make us human. However, I think I work better under

Here's a cooking tip I came across:

Many vegetables and fruits, including potatoes and apples, retain
many of their nutrients in their skin. So when possible, leave the
skin on your fruits and vegetables and cook them whole.

I recently received a call from a fellow named Willie Crawford. He
was kind enough to give me a copy of his cookbook and asked that I
mention him in the newsletter. I don't normally honor these type of
requests, but when I tried some of his recipes this weekend, I was
very impressed.
